How to Delete Your Account

In compliance with Google Play Store policies, Cruxly provides two ways for you to delete your account and associated personal data:

Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest way is to delete your account directly from within the mobile app. This process is automated and immediate.

Open the Cruxly app on your device.
Go to your Profile section.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request in the popup.

Option 2: Web Request (If app is uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us from your registered email address.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile information (Name, Email, Device Info)
All generated quizzes and study materials
Your quiz history, scores, and performance stats
Achievement progress and streaks

*Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active premium subscriptions should be cancelled via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting deletion.
